With this diet, you'll want to eat whole grains. This includes barley, brown rice, buckwheat, oatmeal, etc. Refined grains, like white bread, white flour, and white rice, should be avoided. The refining process removes many of the healthy nutrients found in whole grains.
Fruits And Vegetables
Highly antioxidant fruits and vegetables help decrease oxidative stress - reducing inflammation throughout the body. This diet incorporates fresh fruits and vegetables, like spinach, broccoli, tomatoes, and more.
Omega-3's
Omega-3 fats, like those found in fish and olive oil, are naturally anti-inflammatory and can contribute to optimal nerve health. Foods like salmon, seaweed, chia and hemp seeds, and more are all high in Omega-3's.
