Dr. Meredith Warner - Orthopedic Surgeon

Supporting you living well

I’m Dr. Meredith Warner. I am a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a thriving private practice in Louisiana, USA. My private practice gives me the freedom and autonomy to treat patients the best way possible on an individual basis.

Relative to most practitioners of surgery and traditional medicine, I take an unconventional approach to recovery and treatment of disease and injury.

It is always my goal, when appropriate, to seek non-operative treatment and functional recovery over surgical or chemical means of healing.

The human body has always fascinated me with its innate ability to adapt, overcome, and self-heal.

Natural medicine and non-operative therapies can often help my patients find relief from their pain.

My goal for my patients is to achieve betterment.

As a physician that deals with people in pain on a daily basis, I believe that treating pain isn't just about one part of the body. It requires one to take a broader approach and consider the whole body as well as the patients’ lifestyle. Maintaining health and well-being is based on simple methods for betterment that are often ignored and not executed in one's daily life. Basically, all that one needs to have is as follows, and at The Well Theory we are here to support you along the way to proper self-care:

Maintaining Health
Managin Stress
Mindful Relationships
Meaningful Work

"My goal for patients is to achieve betterment."

I developed a simple well theory: people should be empowered to combine the power of natural medicine and healing with the technical advances and utility of traditional medicine-based therapies.

For too long, the two schools of thought have been bitter enemies. I use both on a daily basis in my practice of orthopedic surgery, and I want to expand this offering to the world.

We envision a world that is as enthusiastic about general health, wellness, and overall happiness as we are. We are obsessed with innovations that improve health and promote wellness.
