1. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The 20% shopping offer shown after entry is optional and is separate from the giveaway.
2. Sponsor
The Choose Your Better Month Monthly Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by The Well Theory, with a mailing address of 686 Kornmeyer Plaza Dr. (“Sponsor”).
3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of eligible U.S. states / D.C. who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Monthly Entry Period
Each monthly drawing is a separate promotion. The entry period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the last calendar day of that month (the “Monthly Entry Period”). Sponsor’s systems are the official timekeeping device.
5. How to Enter
During the Monthly Entry Period, visit this Giveaway page, select one prize path, answer the required entry questions, and submit a valid first name and email address. Limit one entry per person and email address per Monthly Entry Period. Entrants may enter again during a new monthly drawing. Automated, duplicate, fraudulent, or incomplete entries may be disqualified.
6. Prize Choices
One potential winner will receive the prize collection selected on the winning entry, subject to availability and these Official Rules:

Approximate retail value depends on the selected prize path and current retail pricing. Approximately $137.95 to $201.95. No cash alternative is available except where required by law. Sponsor may substitute a prize or component with one of equal or greater value if a listed item becomes unavailable.
7. Winner Selection and Odds
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period within five business days after the period closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. You only need to enter one time for a chance to win
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address submitted with the entry. The potential winner must respond within five calendar days and may be required to confirm eligibility and complete eligibility, liability, publicity, tax, or prize-acceptance documentation where lawful. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, is ineligible, or fails to satisfy these Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.
9. Prize Delivery, Taxes, and Restrictions
Prize delivery is limited to eligible shipping destinations. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not expressly included in the prize are the winner’s responsibility. CBD-containing prizes will only be shipped where lawful and in accordance with applicable age and carrier restrictions.
10. Optional 20% Shopping Offer
After submitting a valid Giveaway entry, entrants may be shown an optional promotional coupon for eligible Well Theory products. Shopping is not required, does not create an additional entry, and does not improve the entrant’s odds of winning. The coupon must be entered at checkout and is subject to its separate expiration date, product eligibility, stacking, and other coupon terms established by Sponsor.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, abusive, generated by automated means, or otherwise violate these Rules. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate a monthly drawing if fraud, technical failure, legal restriction, or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law. Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration and winner selection are final to the extent permitted by law.
12. Privacy and Marketing Consent
Information submitted will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy. By checking or submitting any separately disclosed marketing consent, entrants agree to receive marketing communications as described at the point of collection and may unsubscribe at any time. Marketing consent does not affect eligibility or odds of winning.
13. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize may permit Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, city/state, likeness, or submitted statement for lawful promotional purposes without additional compensation, subject to any additional release required by law.
14. Disputes and Governing Law
We are governed by Louisiana law should any issues arrive.
The giveaway and the post-entry store are intentionally separated. Completing a purchase is never a condition of entry and does not improve odds.
